Afterwards we proceed to Spice Bazaar where we are going to taste delicious Turkish Delights which is iconic world wide know Turkish sweets. In Spice Market, you can also enjoy tasting many mixtures of spices that are used in Turkish Cuisine. One of a must-do thing in Spice Bazaar is to try traditional herbal teas. From Apple Tea to winter immune booster teas there are tens of different teas that you can try. After our time ends there in Spice Bazaar, we continue just outside of the bazaar and there we will have chance to try dairy products such as cheese, yogurt, dried beef, salami etc. Also we can try famous pickles that is an important part of Turkish Cuisine. Later on we proceed to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street where you may enjoy other members of Turkish Cuisine. First we will try traditional Turkish Döner Kebab which you can have as fast food without sitting on a table. Then we proceed to somewhere called Nevizade Street and Çiçek Pasajı where you will have the chance of trying seafood a la Turkey. Fried Calamari, Grilled Octopus, Fried Mussels, Midye Dolma ( Mussel filled with cooked rice) etc. Also we can try seasonal fish like Sea Bass, Sea Bream that are quite common in Turkey.
